Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by American Academic Pathways International, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By engaging our services, paying for any service, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.

本条款与条件（以下简称"条款"）适用于美国学术路径国际有限责任公司（American Academic Pathways International, LLC，以下简称"AAP International"、"AAP"、"我们"）所提供的服务。您一旦使用我们的服务、支付任何服务费用，或访问我们的网站，即表示您同意本条款。

AAP International provides à la carte educational consulting services for students pursuing undergraduate study in the United States, including but not limited to: Initial Evaluation, University Matching, College Application Support, Supplemental Essay Support, Student Visa Document Advisory, Student Visa Interview Counseling, Admissions Interview Preparation, and Transfer Application Support. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each service are described in the applicable Service Agreement signed by the client.

AAP International 为申请美国本科留学的学生提供单项收费的教育咨询服务，包括但不限于：初步评估、院校匹配、大学申请支持、附加文书支持、F-1 签证准备、学生签证文件准备、面试辅导，以及转学申请支持。每项服务的具体范围、交付内容及费用，均以客户签署的相应服务协议为准。

No ghostwriting. AAP International does not write or substantially rewrite a student's personal statement, supplemental essays, or any other narrative application content on the student's behalf. We provide guidance, structural feedback, brainstorming support, and editorial review. The final written work must reflect the student's own voice, ideas, and effort.

不提供代写服务。AAP International 不会代替学生撰写或大幅改写个人陈述、附加文书或其他申请类叙述性内容。我们提供的是指导、结构性反馈、头脑风暴支持及编辑性审阅。最终提交的文字内容必须体现学生本人的思路、语言和努力。

No completion of applications on the client's behalf. AAP International assists students and families in understanding, navigating, and completing application platforms (such as the Common Application). We do not enter data into, submit, or otherwise complete application forms on behalf of the student. All factual entries, activity descriptions, and submissions must be made by the student or the student's parent/guardian.

不代替客户填写申请表。AAP International 协助学生及家庭理解、操作并完成申请平台（如 Common Application）的填写流程，但不会代替学生在申请表中输入信息、提交材料或完成表单。所有事实性信息的填写、活动描述及最终提交，必须由学生本人或学生的家长/法定监护人完成。

No guarantee of admission. AAP International does not guarantee admission to any institution, visa approval, or any specific outcome. Our services are advisory in nature.

不保证录取结果。AAP International 不保证任何院校的录取结果、签证批准或任何特定结果。我们提供的服务性质为咨询与辅导。

Not legal or immigration counsel. AAP International is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Visa and immigration document preparation services are educational and procedural in nature and do not substitute for advice from a licensed immigration attorney.

非法律或移民咨询服务。AAP International 并非律师事务所，不提供法律意见。签证及移民文件准备服务仅为教育性及流程性辅导，不能替代持证移民律师提供的专业法律意见。

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and materials needed to perform the contracted services. Delays or inaccuracies in information provided by the client may affect timelines and outcomes, and AAP International is not responsible for consequences arising from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.

客户须负责提供准确、完整且及时的信息和材料，以便我们履行约定的服务内容。因客户提供的信息延迟或不准确而导致的时间延误或结果影响，AAP International 不承担相应责任。

Fees for each service are set out in the applicable Service Agreement and are quoted in RMB. Payment is processed through our designated payment processor. AAP International does not store full payment card details; payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor.

各项服务的费用以相应服务协议中列明的人民币金额为准。付款将通过我们指定的支付处理机构完成。AAP International 不存储完整的银行卡信息，付款处理由第三方支付机构负责。

5.1 Mock Interview Services (Visa Interview Preparation & College/Admissions Interview Preparation). If a client cancels a service package that involves mock interviews, a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of sessions remaining and not yet delivered, provided cancellation is requested with at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled session. Sessions already completed are non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, forfeit that session.

5.1 模拟面试服务（签证面试辅导及院校/招生面试辅导）。如果客户取消包含模拟面试的服务套餐，将根据尚未完成的剩余场次按比例退款，但客户须在下一场预约面试开始前至少 48 小时提出取消申请。已完成的场次不予退款。若取消申请提出时间少于 24 小时，或客户未出席（no-show），该场次费用不予退还。

5.2 All Other Services. Initial Evaluation, University Matching, College Application Support, Student Visa Document Preparation, and Transfer Application Support are each single indivisible services. Once any substantive work or advisory session has begun for a given service, that service's fee is non-refundable in full, with no partial or prorated refund. A full refund is available only if cancellation is requested before any work or advisory session has begun.

Supplemental Essay Support is purchased separately for each individual school (1000rmb per school). Each school is treated as its own independent purchase. Once the advisory/Q&A session for a specific school has occurred, that school's fee is non-refundable. Any school for which work has not yet begun remains fully refundable, regardless of how many other schools the client has purchased or how many of those have already started.

5.2 其他各项服务。初步评估、院校匹配、大学申请辅导、学生签证材料准备及转学申请辅导，均为独立且不可分割的服务项目。一旦针对某项服务开始了实质性工作或咨询环节，该项服务的费用即不可全额退还，也不予部分退款或按比例退款。仅在尚未开始任何工作或咨询环节之前提出取消申请的情况下，方可获得全额退款。

补充文书辅导服务需针对每所学校单独购买（每所学校收费 1000 元人民币），每所学校的申请辅导均视为一笔独立的购买交易。一旦针对特定学校的咨询或问答环节已经进行，该校的辅导费用即不可退还。对于尚未开始工作的学校，无论客户购买了多少所学校的辅导服务，也无论其中多少所学校的服务已经启动，该校的费用均可全额退还。

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@americanacademicpathways.com. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

退款申请须以书面形式提交至 support@americanacademicpathways.com。已批准的退款将原路退回原支付方式，处理时间为 例如 10 个工作日] 内。

Templates, frameworks, evaluation tools, and proprietary materials used by AAP International in the delivery of services remain the intellectual property of AAP International. Deliverables specific to the client (e.g., a completed evaluation report, edited essay feedback) are provided for the client's personal use in their application process and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with other agencies or third parties for commercial purposes.

AAP International 在提供服务过程中使用的模板、框架、评估工具及专有材料，其知识产权归 AAP International 所有。提供给客户的定制化交付内容（如已完成的评估报告、文书修改反馈等）仅供客户在其个人申请过程中使用，不得转售、再分发，或出于商业目的与其他机构或第三方共享。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAP International's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to its services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. AAP International is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to denial of admission, denial of a visa, or lost opportunities.

在法律允许的最大范围内，AAP International 因其服务所产生或与之相关的任何索赔的总责任，不超过客户就引发该索赔的具体服务所支付的费用总额。AAP International 不对间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任，包括但不限于录取被拒、签证被拒或机会损失。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

本条款受美国怀俄明州法律管辖，不适用其冲突法规则。因本条款引起的任何争议，均应在怀俄明州的州法院或联邦法院解决。

AAP International may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

AAP International 可能会不时更新本条款。在更新内容发布后继续使用我们的服务，即表示您接受修订后的条款。
